ALLIANCE
PartnerLink Alliance – Multi-party Teamwork
The Alliance is an appraisal that takes a group of companies or consortium working together, to a higher level of effectiveness. In either a quick look or in-depth forms it provides a map of the key performance drivers within the group and identifies the actions needed to improve cohesion. The Alliance bestows structure to the more informal governance arrangements found within multi-party relationships. It brings into balance the contributions and advantages of all the partners. It strengthens the internal relationships and commitment to group objectives. It reduces process gaps between the group members.
