DELIVERY PRINCIPLES

SCCI PartnerLink

SCCI PartnerLink services are delivered quickly, cost-effectively and with minimal disruption to staff. We concentrate purely on the relationship dealings between partners and thus we are clinical, impartial and totally objective.

PartnerLink Confidentiality

We handle both personally and commercially sensitive information. We, therefore, have a very strict information management and security policy. During appraisals, we guarantee that individual contributions are used without revealing sources and we do not retain names in our records. Also, emotive language is purged so that our outcomes focus on practical, joint improvement initiatives and objective performance measures.

PartnerLink Service Delivery Principles

  • Short, scientifically designed online surveys of knowledgeable people on all relationship sides to identify key partnership performance drivers

  • A small number of structured telephone interviews on the survey report to generate deep insights into root causes

  • Analysis using a powerful organisational behaviour model that distills the essential bottom line and operational relationship dynamics

  • The results are discussed and verified by all partners in a facilitated workshop

  • The outcome is agreed practical, prioritised action plans that can be immediately used to kick-start change programmes

  • The report lists practical, prioritised recommendations that can be immediately used to kick-start change programme workshops. It is presented face-to-face jointly to the Relationship Managers and their teams at a workshop where an immediate action plan is formulated and agreed.

Feedback

Six months after an appraisal, we will visit the Relationship Managers to discover the progress being made and the value achieved. This allows us to collect useful feedback on PartnerLink services in order to continuously improve them.

“Having fully explored our relationship for the first time and exposed all the key issues for us to address we intend to repeat the process annually so that we can manage our progress”
