Collaboration – Turning Aspirations into Reality

Recently we did a webinar with the World Commerce and Contracting Association. Despite years of good words, both management and academic and,the widely acknowledged benefits, practical examples of successful collaboration are few and far between. We described how how aspirations can be turned into reality by the implementation of a robust management process. This stimulated a lively debate amongst an international audience of 130 managers. We also used this event as an opportunity to launch or latest book – Implementing and Managing Collaborative Relationship – A Practical Guide for Managers.
