Enterprise Wide Relationship Management – Post Covid

The fragility of supply chains has been exposed during the pandemic. The tendency is to follow a ‘do to’ strategy – Customer/Supplier Relationship Management (CRM/SRM) rather than a ‘do with’ policy. This has resulted in Business Social Distancing (BSD) that undermines resilience. Managing relationships has become firefighting and problem solving, often seen as damage limitation and blame avoidance exercises. There is much talk of post-Covid new ways of working.
